What is Primary Care?

Our primary care serves as the patient's entry point into the health care system and as the continuing focal point for all needed health care services. Primary care provides patients with ready access to their own personal physician and health care team.  It includes care that is: Person and family-oriented, continuous, comprehensive, and equitable. It’s team-based and collaborative, coordinated and integrated, accessible, and of high value.

Our primary care meets the needs of patients and manages the vast majority of patients' concerns. We are in the community we serve, thereby facilitating access to health care while maintaining a wide variety of specialty and institutional consultative and referral relationships for specific care needs.

What do we offer?

Here at Infinity Wellness, we strive to provide quality care for you and your family. However, at this time we are unable to see children under the age of 7. The primary care services we provide include annual physicals, prescription refills, referrals to specialists and other providers, acute care including urine analysis, and EKG. We are a small practice with limited staff, so please allow 5-7 business day for specific requests to receive a response. Please be advised that the first appointment is only for establishing care. The doctor will not perform physicals on the first visit, as she wants to get to know you first.

Thing to Know About our Practice

We respectfully ask that our patients play an active role in their healthcare by giving us 7-day notice BEFORE your prescription runs out, and we also kindly ask that you follow up with us regarding faxed referrals if you have not heard from the referring office. Often times, faxes are not always received and if a referral or prescription needs to be re-faxed, it is the patient’s responsibility to let us know. We have hundreds of patients to keep track of, and we’ve noticed our office runs much smoother when we all work together.

Dr. Solano does take an integrative approach to primary care, but this does not include all aspects of Functional Medicine.  You will still have access to functional labs, but may have to pay an additional analysis fee, as this falls outside of standard primary care and is typically not covered by insurance.
